Refund Policy

When and how you can get your money back, explained simply. We'd always rather fix a problem, but if we can't, we'll make it right.

In short

  • Take the free 30-minute trial before you buy.
  • Full refund if the Service doesn't work and we can't fix it within 48 hours (report within 7 days).
  • EU and Irish consumers can cancel within 14 days, minus the days already used.
  • No automatic renewals, so there are no surprise charges.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days.

1. Try before you buy

We offer a free 30-minute trial so you can test the picture quality, channels and stability on your own device and broadband before you pay. We strongly recommend taking the trial first, as it is the best way to make sure the Service suits you.

2. Refunds for technical problems

You can get a full refund if:

  1. the Service does not work on your device, and
  2. you report the problem to our support team within 7 days of activation, and
  3. we cannot fix it within 48 hours of your report.

To fix most problems, we may ask you to try some simple steps, such as restarting your device or router, or using a different player app.

3. Your 14-day right to cancel

If you are a consumer in Ireland or elsewhere in the EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

When you subscribe, you ask us to activate your subscription straight away, during this 14-day period. If you then cancel within the 14 days, we will refund the price of your plan minus a proportionate amount for the days you have already had the Service.

For example, if you cancel a 3-month plan after 5 days, we will deduct the value of those 5 days and refund the rest.

4. Other cases where we refund

  • Duplicate payments: if you were charged twice by mistake, we refund the extra payment in full.
  • Activation not completed: if we cannot activate your subscription within 24 hours of confirming your payment, you can ask for a full refund.

5. When refunds are not available

Except where the law requires otherwise, we do not offer refunds:

  • after the 14-day cancellation period, unless the technical-problem refund above applies;
  • because a particular channel, programme or event is unavailable, as our line-up changes from time to time;
  • for problems caused by your internet connection, device or home network that we have no control over;
  • for fees you paid to third-party app developers, such as Smart TV player activation fees;
  • if your subscription was suspended or ended because you broke our Terms of Service, for example by sharing or reselling your login.

6. How to request a refund

Message our support team on WhatsApp with:

  • your username;
  • your payment date and reference;
  • the reason for your request.

We will reply within 24 hours. If your refund is approved, we will send it to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or payment provider may take a few extra days to show it.

7. Renewals

Our plans do not renew automatically, so you will never be charged for a new plan without asking for it. When your plan is due to end, you can choose whether to renew.

8. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If anything in this policy conflicts with the consumer law that applies to you, that law takes priority.
